Hi,
I had a visa related question.
I have admit from Stevens MS in CS for fall 2020 as well but i am joining NJIT MS in CS for spring 2021(deferred from fall to spring 2021)
If the VO asks “why you chose NJIT over stevens ?” Or “why didn’t you choose Stevens” ?
Can someone help me with this?

That's a tricky one.

Depending on the VO, it could be easy or hard to convince him/her. Should they ask, you could say that NJIT has better research opportunities and course selection options for your major and include a few details.
